Financial Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial management professional to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing daily financial activities and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership on future financial plans.

This role offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. By closely examining day-to-day financial operations, you will uncover valuable insights and present recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.

  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Cost Optimization & Profitability: Analyze cost structures, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Tax Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, ensuring timely compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Accounting & Auditing: Oversee accounting processes, conduct audits, and ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Cost Center Administration: Establish and manage cost centers, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Grant Management: Coordinate government grant applications, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization of funds within the finance scope.
  • Leadership & Financial Meetings: Facilitate regular financial meetings with senior leadership, presenting key findings and recommendations.
  • Strategic Reporting & Metrics: Provide timely and actionable financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field (10+ years of relevant experience).
  • Technical Skills: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented and analytical, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
