Job Title: Senior IT Relationship Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager to lead strategic business relationships and drive growth in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective project management, including understanding business requirements and driving results-driven outcomes
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques used in the field, as well as understanding how businesses leverage technology for competitive advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of requirement specifications, BRD, FSD, process flows, and creating business use cases for Micro Loans
  • Expertise in responding queries and identifying gaps by analyzing system usage for Micro Loans
  • Proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting, including data interrogation with SQL

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Micro loan, Micro Banking Projects
  • Graduate degree (diploma or distant education not considered)
