  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Provide expert guidance on training initiatives and business objectives, ensuring seamless alignment.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring efficient access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
