Job Description

We are seeking an experienced product strategist to join our team. As a senior-level leader, you will be responsible for the evolution and optimization of our Salesforce platform and related business systems.

You will own the post-implementation evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on strategic enhancement and continuous optimization. This includes developing and executing a cross-functional product roadmap that aligns Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.

Collaborating with executive and departmental leaders, you will define needs, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for automation and innovation. You will work directly with technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead change management and stakeholder alignment efforts to ensure adoption and communication of platform changes. Your expertise in user experience design will drive the creation of dashboards, reports, and workflows that elevate decision-making.

Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs, you will ensure platform enhancements drive measurable impact. Staying informed of Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices is also crucial.

This role requires strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority. With 7–12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership, you have proven experience owning post-implementation product roadmaps and managing enterprise technology investments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and sales enablement ecosystems is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
