Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day financial management, compliance, and reporting for our real estate and construction projects.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank statement reconciliation.
  • Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
  • Prepare and file quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting for real estate / construction.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with statutory compliances.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
