Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new merchants, building strong relationships with existing ones, and providing exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Merchant Onboarding: Effectively onboard new merchants, ensuring a seamless integration process.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Upselling: Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to merchants, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Gather and analyze competitor information, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate degree
Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience with a proven track record of performance
Excellent communication and influencing abilities
Experience in selling products such as credit cards, EDC/POS machines, or insurance
