Key Responsibilities :

Integration Design & Development :

- Analyze integration requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions using ServiceNow platform features.

- Develop, configure, and test integration workflows using Flow Designer, spokes, and custom API calls.

- Configure and manage integration connections using REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, and other protocols.

- Leverage out-of-the-box spokes and create custom spokes as required.

Implementation & Optimization :

- Optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, including OAuth 2.0, basic authentication, and API key management.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define integration Support :

- Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Implement enhancements and train internal teams on integration workflows and ServiceNow best practices.

Documentation & Standards :

- Document integration designs, workflows, and configurations comprehensively.

- Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices for integration development.

Required Experience & Skills :

- Minimum 7+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine for building custom apps.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer for designing and implementing workflows.

- Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other web service protocols.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Workflow Orchestrator.

- Proven experience integrating with third-party systems like Azure AD, Entra ID, and Okta.

- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other security protocols.

Preferred Skills :

- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and XML.

ServiceNow certifications, including :

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM

- CIS - Integration Hub

- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
