Business Development Growth Specialist

We are seeking a proactive specialist to identify potential prospects and engage in outbound outreach, focusing on research, communication, and CRM proficiency skills.
The ideal candidate should have strong research, communication, and CRM skills, with the ability to execute outbound activities, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential prospects matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Customize outreach messages to address prospects' needs and ensure engagement.
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure a seamless handoff.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and update the sales funnel in HubSpot.
- Experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and lead qualification.
- Strong understanding of BANT methodology.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
