Customer Service Representative

This role entails delivering exceptional customer service support and collections via telephone communications. A minimum of 1 year's experience in RCM/DME is required.
Responsibilities include making outbound calls to insurance companies, end customers and performing eligibility verification, obtaining prior authorization, requesting missing or incomplete payer information, updating patient information and other calls to complete a transaction.
Additionally, handling inbound calls requires working collaboratively as part of a team, providing a first-class, professional customer service using various communication methods to ensure that where possible customer inquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a neutral accent and good adaptability to US culture. They should be able to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact, focus on delivering a positive customer experience and be professional, courteous, friendly and empathetic.
