
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by providing timely updates and resolutions to issues.
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve service-related concerns.
- Provide support for account setup, documentation, and order processing.
- Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance on services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Gather feedback and share insights with management to enhance customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field).
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
