Job Description:

Bid Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Director to lead complex, multi-tower outsourcing deals. If you have experience in large deal management and strong commercial acumen, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Deal Management: Manage the entire bid lifecycle from RFP to contract.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Drive collaboration across sales, solution, commercial, and leadership teams throughout the bid lifecycle.
  • Proposal & Financial Oversight: Ensure high-quality proposals, manage financials, risk tracking, and compliance with bid governance.
  • Client & Advisor Engagement: Represent solutions in client interactions and manage advisor-led pursuits and benchmarking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in large deal management across industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proposal writing skills.
  • Experience with advisor-led pursuits and procurement tools (e.g., ARIBA).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
