
Senior Strategic Deal Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive ServiceNow's long-term revenue growth and profitability through strategic transactions.
This role will act as an in-region deal expert, responsible for developing end-to-end deal strategy, creative commercial structures, and leading complex negotiations.
The ideal candidate will be expert in the contractual aspects of our business and able to articulate value and structure long-term agreements.
- Drive large and complex strategic deals, validate opportunities where we intend to build 5M+ NNACV opportunities, tracking deal progression and escalating risks.
- Champion collaborative GTM activities, including account planning sessions, strategic pursuits, WIN Forums, and review cadences.
- Drive big deal thinking and best practice sharing across the team, focusing on attractive themes like Digital Transformation or Artificial Intelligence.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
Your expertise in contract negotiation, deal strategy, and commercial structuring will enable you to drive complex transactions and deliver results.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Your ability to think strategically and work collaboratively will be key to success in this role.
