
Regional Business Manager

As a Regional Business Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to generate revenue in the region. Your primary focus will be on developer contract staffing (IT, Non IT) business, business P&L, revenue generation, new client acquisition (mid-size MNCs), and delivery management in consumption, healthcare, and new-economy verticals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute business and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Acquire new clients through sales and marketing efforts, focusing on mid-size MNCs.
- Develop and mentor a team of IT hiring experts to ensure successful recruitment and staffing.
- Lead staff and recruitment delivery teams to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Manage client relationships and deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in new client development in IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing, with hands-on experience in sourcing candidates using job postings.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading IT staffing or contract staffing practices.
- Experience as a regional/business head (IT staffing) is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of maximizing revenue.
- Ability to work from home, full-time or part-time.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
