Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Business Manager (RBM) to oversee sales operations, drive business development, and lead a team in the assigned region.

The RBM will be instrumental in achieving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and maintaining Nipro's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to meet sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales personnel and maintenance technicians, fostering high performance and skill development.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical marketing standards, and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular business reviews, forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–12 years of proven experience in sales and business management within the medical devices, renal care, or healthcare industry, including at least 3 years in a regional managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
