Job Overview

This role is a key contributor to driving commercial excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects with global teams, supporting the setup and scaling of new business lines.
  • Monitor project execution across milestones, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track commercial performance post-launch, including revenue realization and cost tracking, to ensure financial health and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into project progress, risks, and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, business, tech) to drive operational efficiency and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to building scalable frameworks for commercial governance, reporting, and performance tracking across international initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field; 12–15 years' experience.
  • Experience in business operations, program/project management, or sales/commercial operations.
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss statements and financial performance indicators.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical, dashboarding, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in consulting or digital/tech-driven environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and business storytelling skills.
