About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our marketing team as a Chief Influencer Marketing Strategist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding social media influencers who can help us reach new audiences and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard social media influencers who have a strong following in the beauty space
* Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
* Analyze metrics to determine the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and identify areas for improvement
* Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute brand campaigns using influencers
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in English language
* Basic knowledge of tools like PowerPoint and Excel
Bonus Requirements:
* Knowledge of languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bangla, or Assamese would be a plus
