Job Title: Commercial Growth Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management, campaign ideation and execution, and business development.

You will work closely with our creative crew to bring innovative campaigns to life, manage client relationships, and unlock fresh revenue streams by forging partnerships with brands, influencers, and creators.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Account Management: Lead the full sales cycle from warm hellos to signed contracts, manage existing client relationships, and onboard new clients into our ecosystem.
  2. Campaign Ideation & Execution: Work hand-in-hand with our creative crew to develop high-impact collaborations with travel celebs, YouTube stars, and beyond.
  3. Business Development & Expansion: Unlock fresh revenue streams by forging partnerships with brands, influencers, and creators.
  4. Reporting & Strategy: Track sales performance, campaign KPIs, and share actionable insights with leadership.
Requirements
  • 36 Years in Sales/Account Management: Proven experience in advertising, media, or digital sales/account management.
  • Strong Client Network: A robust network of clients ready to be managed and grown under our banner.
  • Brand Positioning & Influencer Marketing: Understanding of brand positioning, influencer marketing, and content ecosystems.
  • Negotiation Skills: Sharp negotiation skills, killer follow-through, and a knack for finding and closing opportunities.
  • Agency Experience: Preferred hustle required.
