Job Title: HR Operations Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Operations Manager located in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring effective management of HR operations to achieve organizational goals
- Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts in a fair and professional manner
- Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies that align with business objectives
- Overseeing various HR management tasks to ensure seamless operations
- Performing day-to-day HR administrative work to support the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and Operations principles
- Experience in handling Employee Relations and HR Policy development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
