We are seeking a seasoned Offshore Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure and technical support, with expertise in Mac and Windows operating systems, JAMF, AVD, MDM, and virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support.
- Hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Experience managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments, with a focus on efficient configuration and maintenance.
- Deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, including Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune).
- Proficient in resolving network-related issues, including VPN technologies and internet protocols.
- Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN, for integration and automation purposes.
