Job Overview

The ideal candidate will serve as a Cloud HCM Technical Specialist, possessing broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite. They will interact with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

About this Role

  • Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interacting with both offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • At least 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules).
  • Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests, and requirement analysis/documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Collaborative work on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment.
  • Managing System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD management, system configuration, and risk management.
  • Performing Unit test all high level functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery.
  • Developing runbooks for all technical objects and analyzing/ resolving technical queries during tickets resolution.
