Job Title: Cloud HCM Professional

This is a senior role for an experienced professional to manage and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in functional areas with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud, specifically in Absence, OTL, and other modules.
  • Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud is required.
  • A good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas are necessary.
  • Working experience in another module besides Absence and OTL is also essential.
  • Proficiency in understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product is vital.
  • IDentifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds to the client is a key responsibility.
  • Estimation of work for vanilla implementation and personalizations/workarounds, reports/integrations/enhancements needed is a critical task.
  • Client presentations and demos for some modules are also required.
  • Proficiency in understanding client support needs and delivery models that would suit the client is necessary.
  • Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution are also expected.
  • Understanding the nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and estimations is essential.
Requirements
  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions in Fusion applications is a must.
  • Effective analytical and organizational skills are required.
  • Good command over spoken and written English is necessary.
  • Effectively managing scope and customer expectations on individual assignments is crucial.
  • FOLLOWING through on all assignments and taking ownership of customer issues is vital.
