We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft HCM Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts. They should also have experience using Oracle Database 19c or above and functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test your own development work.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
