Job Opportunity: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  • Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
  • Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.
Required Skills:
  • Business Intelligence: Develop custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts using BI Publisher.
  • Oracle Transactional BI (OTBI): Design real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • HCM Extracts: Exchange data and monitor HR/recruiting processes.
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise.
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks.
