Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of a client's Human Capital Management solution using Oracle Fusion. This involves providing product and implementation expertise, working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring, and testing the solution. The specialist will also provide regular updates to the project manager assigned to their project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, and OTL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
