Job Opportunity:

Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to implement and support the Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy OTL solutions.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build efficient formulas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll and Absence Management.
  • Work on Fast formula development and deployment.

Requirements:
