Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration: Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Product Hub, Procurement Suite, and Manufacturing.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • System Configuration and Testing: Conduct system configuration, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and user training.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support for live Oracle Fusion SCM environments.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to support report development, integrations, and data loads.
  • Global Rollout and Improvement Projects: Participate in global Oracle Cloud SCM rollout and improvement projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and best practices.
  • Experience with tools like Oracle BI, OTBI, FBDI, ADFDI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle Cloud certification in SCM is a plus.
