Job Title: Solution Consultant - Supply Chain Planning Expert

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant with expertise in supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and supply chain requirements.
  • Lead Discovery Sessions: Conduct discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • Present Customized Solutions: Develop and present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.
  • Implement Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Create Detailed Proposals: Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Configure and Customize: Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • Guide Best Practices: Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Support Sales Teams: Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Deliver Compelling Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs: Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  • Main Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
  • Maintain Clear Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Post-Implementation Guidance: Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
