Job Title: Business Solutions Consultant

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Configure and implement business solutions based on client requirements.
  • Lead and manage configuration cycles, ensuring smooth system deployment and performance optimization.
  • Design and deliver integration solutions between business systems and other enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define solution strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in business solution implementation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot solution and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
  • Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and solution guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience in business solution configuration and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments with business solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of IN integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
