Workday Enterprise Solution Specialist

This role involves designing and implementing large-scale solutions within the Workday platform. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, security frameworks, and financial system optimization.

  • Create scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-level solutions using Workday HCM and other related modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial systems and lead strategic enhancements across Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
  • Design end-to-end solution architectures prioritizing scalability, performance, and security while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise technologies.
  • Monitor industry trends, Workday updates, and emerging technologies for potential application within the organization.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Workday HCM and other Workday modules as well as related business applications.
  • Develop technical requirements and assist in creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Guide development teams, enforcing adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Explore and recommend use cases for innovative or emerging technologies relevant to Workday and enterprise architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role.
  • Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday's security framework and business process configuration.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies.
  • Workday certifications are required.
