Workday Solutions Expert

This is a key position in our organization where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions using Workday.

You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including business analysts and architects, to clarify requirements and achieve a consensus on the organization's needs and priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document requirements, assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritize capacity, and define development and analysis timelines.
  • Design the Workday solution to meet the needs of the client or internal stakeholders.
  • Configure Workday modules such as Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, and Payroll.
  • Perform self-reviews and smoke testing of the work delivered and review peer's work.
  • Application Testing - Assist clients with the testing of the concerned Functional Module.
  • Production Support - Includes the practices and disciplines of supporting the Workday solution for a period of time post deployment.
  • Migration Activities and Production Rollout - Assist with the rollout of the Workday solution into the production environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
  • B.E /B.Tech /MCA /BSc degree.
