Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules. This individual will oversee project management, stakeholder engagement, system configuration, training and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan and manage the implementation process from start to finish.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules as needed.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials and user guides, plan pilots and testing, provide end-user training and support.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities for HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 12+ years of experience with implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations.
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
    • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
    • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
    • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools.
    • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.

This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
