Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant Job

Best Infosystems Ltd is a leading provider of IT solutions and services seeking a highly skilled Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant to work on implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud for clients in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Payroll elements set-ups/configurations for US and Canada region with 70% functional and 30% technical expertise.
  • Understand payroll process/element setup for US and Canada region, including year-end knowledge (t4/rl1/w4).
  • Experience with North America Taxation, BIP, OTBI development, SDLC, JIRA, and HDL is required.
  • Promote data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.
  • Provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Strong communications skills (both verbal & written) are essential.
  • A positive and learning attitude is required.
