Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

As a skilled professional, you will shape the future of technology by designing cutting-edge software products and platforms that drive business growth. Our innovative approach to engineering empowers us to deliver exceptional solutions to key players across the high-tech industry.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support advanced absence and time tracking functionalities to enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes. Additionally, you will also work with technical teams, providing expert inputs and validating testing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support module implementation, configuration, and optimization for advanced absence and time tracking.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for absence and time tracking.
  • Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop, and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into system configurations.
  • Configure business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Configure time tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  • Configure security roles, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of business processes.
  • Work closely with data and integration teams, providing expert inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests, and resolving defects.
  • Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
  • Stay updated with features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
