Job Title: Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Business Solutions Experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, functional knowledge of T24, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions. As a Business Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for requirement analysis, parameter configuration, and functional mapping to support the implementation of T24 solutions across Corporate Banking domains.

  • Gather and analyse business requirements, map them to T24 functionalities, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and maintain parameters within the T24 environment to support evolving business and regulatory needs.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and QA to deliver optimal T24 solutions.
  • Support implementation and integration efforts, including TAABS-based configurations and user access management.
  • Participate in UAT cycles, system upgrades, and production support as required.
  • Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, UAT scripts, and SOPs.
  • Provide functional expertise and support during SIT/UAT and post-go-live stages.
