Job Title: Senior HCM Technical Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing HCM solutions using PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with functional users to understand and document business requirements
  2. Performing system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations
  3. Identifying potential impact of proposed application changes on other modules within the application
  4. Creating and updating technical specification documents
  5. Designing and building solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines
  6. Documenting and executing test cases to thoroughly test own development work
  7. Performing quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members
  8. Analyzing, designing, coding, and implementing changes to resolve break/fix production issues

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above
  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
