Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive strategic partnerships across various ecosystems, including UPI, PSP Banks, and other key players.
  • Drive business growth initiatives, launch strategies, and cost optimization programs for assigned work streams.
  • Ensure contractual and legal alignment for all agreements, facilitating smooth closure and execution.
  • Establish thought leadership in the industry through collaborative efforts with cross-functional partners.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business development, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, preferably in industries like Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships, ensuring successful outcomes.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the payments or banking industry, including knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience driving results in a fast-paced organization, with a focus on digital payments and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and partnership skills, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
