Job Description:

Elevate user experience and deliver exceptional technical support as a key member of our ServiceNow-driven ecosystem. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in resolving complex technical issues, providing expert guidance, and driving excellence in user experience.

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in troubleshooting, platform-level knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Your mission will be to identify and resolve technical issues, collaborate with global teams to enhance product usability and performance, and provide clear and concise solutions to customers.

You will dive deep into the ServiceNow platform, utilizing logs, dev tools, and your expertise to find answers. Your ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex problems will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to customers via various channels (web, chat, email, calls)
  • Collaborate with global teams to enhance product usability and performance
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues through critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow (Support, Implementation, or Development)
  • Knowledge of AngularJS, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML
  • Basic grasp of OOP principles & SQL
  • Solid debugging chops – logs, root cause analysis, platform performance
  • Excellent communication – both spoken and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Hands-on with ServiceNow UI Components (Client Scripts, UI Policies, Portals, UI Builder)
  • Familiarity with Virtual Agent, Configurable Workspaces
  • Experience in SaaS or Web App Support
  • Knowledge of Incident Management, Knowledge Base, and Escalation Flows
