Job Title: ServiceNow Integration SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Integration Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. This role will focus on building robust, secure, and scalable connections using ServiceNow's integration tools, APIs, and best practices to support our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Development: Build, configure, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server, and other technologies.
  • Develop Workflows: Develop workflows, data transformations, and automation logic to support integration needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with architects to design integration patterns and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.
  • Translate Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
  • Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations.
  • Implement Error Handling: Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for reliable data exchange.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with ServiceNow developers, system administrators, and process owners.
  • Maintain Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation, integration diagrams, and runbooks.
  • Best Practices: Ensure integration solutions follow ITIL and platform governance standards.
  • Stay Current: Stay current on ServiceNow releases and integration capabilities.
