Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

The successful applicant will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes, customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and developing ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports
  • Customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports
  • Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer
  • Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules, understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Certifications - CIS - ITSM and CIS - R&C Certification
