Job Title: ServiceNow Load Tester

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform performance and load testing on a large-scale ServiceNow instance. The role will focus on evaluating system behavior under heavy usage and ensuring scalability, stability, and responsiveness.

The role involves conducting performance and load testing on a large-scale ServiceNow instance. The focus will be on evaluating how the platform behaves when accessed by up to 20,000 concurrent users, each loading multiple widgets on the portal. Additional testing will include measuring the impact of integration calls from ServiceNow and assessing performance when reports are generated or loaded.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience in web application testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and ServiceNow ATF. A ServiceNow SME may provide guidance, but the primary responsibility will rest with the QA team, which will include a Test Lead and multiple testers.
