Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in our ServiceNow administration. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the design, implementation, and management of complex workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and integration capabilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Experience in setting up and tracking metrics such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows.
  • Compliance and governance expertise, including audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
