Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support and perform system maintenance for the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles, general IT operations, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Provide support to end-users addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, along with relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred but not required.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ServiceNow environment, including troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
