Mandatory Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in a design and development role for ServiceNow Platform.
- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
- Experience in transitioning technology from locally focused to centralized service organization.
- Understanding of RESTful Web Services and APIs.
- IT and Security management best practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards).
Preferred Skills:
- ITIL Foundations Certification
- ServiceNow Developer Certification(s)
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
