About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Head to lead our Showroom business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end Showroom business, ensuring a delightful Customer Experience, and managing a team of designers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate throughput (Min 40%)
  • Booking of minimum of 6 projects per ID or min 40% conversion on the leads provided
  • Responsible for delightful Customer Experience in the Experience Center
  • Responsible for end-to-end Project management (till project delivery) through effective team management
  • Responsible for >4 average CSAT scores on every delivered project
  • Training and handholding the team of designers to ensure sales & enable them to achieve their targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Qualification in B-Arch / Civil Engineering
  • 7 to 8 years of work experience in Business Development and Growth
  • 3+ years experience in B2C Sales along with Showroom management
