Front Desk Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure adherence to studio standards.
- Compile statistics for the front office and provide relevant reports.
- Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, and posture for self and colleagues at the front office.
- Coordinate with the contact center and pan India head FD head according to protocol.
- Work with the Studio Manager and consultant to schedule consultations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Conduct all monetary transactions as per protocol and coordinate with the accounts department on transactions, quotations, and receipts.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and coordinate accordingly.
- Resolve guest issues effectively and courteously as per international standards.
- Maintain patient data in software as per protocol.
- Ensure front office targets are met.
- 3+ years of experience in the hospitality or service industry.
- Good and pleasing communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent telephone courtesy and client handling skills.
- Knowledge of routine operations management.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented.
- Strong client management skills.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,844.02 per month
