**Job Title: Front Desk Sales Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1-Client Reception and First Contact**:
Warmly greet and welcome visitors as they enter the office.

Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.

**2-Sales and Service Pitching**:
Actively engage with walk-in clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored information about our services.

Confidently pitch and promote our services to clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value propositions.

**3-Client Handling and Relationship Management**:
Manage inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide clients through the decision-making process.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.

**4-Sales Conversion**:
Proactively follow up on potential leads, converting inquiries into sales.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals with new and returning clients.

**5-Administrative Duties**:
Handle front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.

**6-Collaboration with Sales Team**:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of clients and seamless coordination between front desk and sales activities.

Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving sales performance and client engagement.

**7-Record Keeping and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.

Prepare regular reports on front desk sales activities and performance metrics.

**8-Customer Service Excellence**:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their experience with the company.

Handle client complaints and issues with professionalism, seeking swift resolutions to maintain client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or customer service are a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably at the front desk or in a similar environment.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in CRM software is advantageous.

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
