Head of Digital Marketing

As a Digital Marketing Head, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.
Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:Build our digital marketing roadmapManage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistencyMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interactionOversee our social media accounts, coordinate with design teams, agency partners for the same.Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google AnalyticsForecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segmentPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesDevelop strategies that drive customers to our websitePlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to execute content, campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Manage the digital teams to drive the best possible results for the brand.Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goalsMonitor competition and provide ideas to stand outStay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Desired Candidate ProfileBS/MS degree in marketing or a related fieldProven working experience in digital marketing, Experience in Retail/Fashion/Textiles Industry is preferredDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraintsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
