About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Manager to oversee Enterprise and Cloud Security at Head Digital Works. This critical position requires a highly skilled IT Security Manager to lead our cloud security strategy, ensuring the protection of our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular assessments of cloud infrastructure and services to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Assist with strategic planning, driving improvements, and providing input on capabilities and methods for cloud security engineering.
  • Drive operational excellence, developing thorough and clear documentation and systems automation.
  • Ensure Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP) Security Operations and Incident Management.
  • Build and design the Security Operations Centre, including the deployment and maintenance of security tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain security incident response plans and procedures and coordinate incident response activities as needed.
  • Lead incident response efforts during security incidents, including containment, investigation, remediation, and post-incident analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address security incidents effectively and minimize impact on the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of proven experience in security engineering roles.
  • Expertise in cloud security, particularly focused on primary cloud platforms, with proficiency in CSPM, CWPP, and secure configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), defensive security, enterprise, and cloud security.
  • Experience with security engineering, including the design and implementation of security controls and solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks and regulations.
