Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the provisioning experience for cloud subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and evaluate program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Work with product development teams to drive solution implementation and reduce activation & provisioning frictions.
  • Build and enhance automated end-to-end monitoring and alerting to reduce the provisioning cycle time.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management with a focus on cloud provisioning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a highly competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including medical, life insurance, retirement planning, and more.
