Business Development Executive

We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team at Chitralekha Studios Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. They should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Sales and Marketing: Provide administrative support and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process.
  • Implement Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with the department to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyzing trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales pipelines, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year of business development experience, with a strong focus on sales and marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative bent of mind and knowledge of business strategies.

Work Environment:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Internship.
  • Schedule: Day shift.

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred).
